- Introduction
Welcome to Threadsplay, a clothing export brand specializing in T-shirts, polos, and hoodies manufactured and shipped from India. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase relationship with Threadsplay. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. - Definitions
“Company” / “we” / “us” / “Threadsplay” refers to RV Global, the operator of the Threadsplay brand.
“Customer” / “you” means the person or entity placing an order through our website.
“Goods” or “Products” means all clothing items sold via Threadsplay.
“Order” is your request to purchase products through the website.
- Order Acceptance
All Orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including inventory unavailability, pricing errors, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or legal restrictions.
Confirmation of your order and acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order if circumstances prevent fulfillment.
- Pricing and Payment Terms

- International Shipping and Delivery
Threadsplay ships internationally from Gujarat, India, using reliable courier and freight partners.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local postal services; these are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Title and risk of loss of Products pass to the Customer upon shipment. Insurance is recommended for high-value shipments.
Customs clearance, taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country are the Customer’s responsibility.
- Order Cancellation and Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer support. Beyond this window, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
If cancellation is accepted after payment, refunds will be processed minus any applicable transaction fees and shipping costs.
- Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for Products confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. Claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt, with photographic evidence.
Non-defective items are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise stated.
Once a return is authorized, Customers must ship the Product back in original packaging, unused and with all tags intact. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, except where the return arises from our error.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned Product. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Product Descriptions and Availability
We strive to provide detailed and accurate descriptions, including sizing charts, material, and care instructions; however, variations in color, texture, and fit can occur due to photography, lighting, and screen display variations.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.

All intellectual property associated with the Threadsplay website, brand, logos, designs, texts, images, graphics, and product designs are owned or licensed by Threadsplay.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the website is strictly prohibited.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Products.
